Bumble and the family holiday to North Devon

Day Two.

It started out a grey day but brightened up later in the afternoon. After a lazy breakfast it was the daughters choice to go to Appledore. A lovely quayside village with colourful side streets.

We left Bumble with a sea view and walked into town.
A grey morning in Appledore.

Local sailing club.
Local hitch hiker!
It's steeper than it looks
Bloody tourists!

Fishermans cottages.

There's always one.

Appledore sits at the confluence of the Taw and Torridge rivers with views across to Instow.

An interesting piece of graffiti at the local skate park.

We decided to get some supplies and head back to the caravan. The dogs really enjoyed the garden!
